Submitting Electronic Data from another System

The preferred method for submitting data to the Vermont Oxford Network is via our eNICQ 5 software. eNICQ 5 checks for errors before records can be submitted, reducing the amount of time spent on corrections after the records have been sent to the Vermont Oxford Network.

If you do not plan on using eNICQ 5 as part of your data submission plan, it is also possible to submit data directly to the Vermont Oxford Network. Submissions can be made in a comma separated value (CSV) file or a Microsoft Access® database file created by your center’s data collection or EHR software, or via direct XML streaming over a secure HTTPS connection (SOAP).
